Payment conditions

25% deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the booking (non refundable); Remaining balance to be paid 40 days before arrival date.

Cancellation terms 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount will be refunded; 29 to 15 days before arrival 50% will be refunded; 7 days before arrival-non refundable.

Security deposit (€300): Security deposit of €300 to be paid with remaining balance.

This a security measure for any extras services or damages occurring during your stay.

Check In: 4PM - 8PM

Check Out: 8AM - 11AM

(ARRIVALS AFTER 8PM WILL BE GIVE A CODE TO THE KEY SAFE AT THE PROPERTY)

* Pool towels changed 1x a week

* Bathroom towels changed 2x a week

Maid service once week;

Change of linen:

To help us do our bit for the environment, bed linen will be changed once every seven days.
